Avi Siegel is Co-Founder of Momentum, a task management platform built for product & engineering teams that are tired of duct taping dozens of tools together just to do their job. Before founding Momentum, Avi led Product at Upscribe and held product leadership roles at Klaviyo and Zaius (acquired by Optimizely). His career has spanned B2B SaaS, marketing tech, and developer tools—with a deep focus on building software that’s opinionated, useful, and easy to adopt.
Long before venturing into startups, Avi started his career as an engineer at Caterpillar, eventually moving into government consulting and project management roles at Booz Allen Hamilton. Along the way, he built tools for NASA, FAA, VA, Army, and IRS.
On the side, Avi writes about the real-world messiness of product management, SaaS startups, agile methodologies, and leadership. His work is grounded in firsthand experience, shaped by years of balancing strategy with shipping.
